Do not go here. Manager Britney will not try to help at all and will make fun of you with her staff. My wife has a needle phobia which we cleared with the store over a week ahead of time and made an appointment. We show up 15 minutes early to see that the pharmacy is closed. We talk to the manager Britney and she laughed and said she didn't have time to call the people that had appointments. Then her and another employee laughed when we told them about the needle phobia. Clearly this store doesn't care about people or actually communicating to make sure that customers are comfortable in a very uncomfortable setting. I can understand why they have a 2.4 rating. This has happened before but it's not as important when I need allergy medication. My wife is getting a vaccine so that she can meet her little niece when she is born. THEY LAUGHED. This staff is the worst.

Pharmacy is horrible! I switched to this location a few years ago because their pharmacy service was great! Sadly, it has gone significant down hill. I suddenly stopped getting notifications. I have been waiting 8 days for a prescription - 2 visits and 1 phone call…and they continue to tell me it’s “ordered”. I waited 45 minutes in line the other day…just to be told it’s still not ready. Then they made excuses today again! I will not be going back.

The people here are suffering from a greater corporate failure. I originally wrote a VERY NEGATIVE review, however I have to change this to having empathy for Adrienne the manager and all of the employees there at Walgreens. I have been a satisfied customer for years, so the recent flaws here and at the other Walgreen locations can NOT BE BLAMED on the employees. Again, I apologize for MY negativity.

This is the absolute worst place you could ever have your medicine be filled at! There is absolutely no care for the patient of whether or not they get their medication what so ever! Not only is it bad enough that they take all day to feel a couple of medications but then they have staffing issues where they can't have a pharmacy on staff and say too bad we can't do nothing about it regardless if you require a medication for daily quality of life! I would suggest anyone who has their medication going to any Walgreens move it to a family-owned business that only takes 30 minutes max to fill your medicine and has no pharmacist staffing issue! I absolutely cannot stand this pharmacy or what it stands for as they have cared less for the patient and more about profit!!
