Told I needed to wait for 3 hours before a banker would be able to see me despite none of the bankers helping anyone at the time I walked in. The only reason I’m even having to come back is because the banker who originally helped me open my account 2 weeks ago didn’t merge my new account with my old teen account. I don’t think this is a reflection of wells fargo entirely, but this branch is horribly unprofessional. I would avoid if you can unless you want to spend weeks completing a simple task.

MARTINA COYNE a personal banker at this Wells Fargo location has the absolute worst customer service. She is rude, condescending and very unprofessional. If you receive her as your personal banker do yourself a favor and use the online services. The website can pretty much do anything she can do anyways. If you do get Martina Coyne then ask for the store manager. Store manager was very helpful.

ATM was down, so I went inside to the teller, wasted my whole lunch standing line, when I got up to the teller they told that the whole system was down and they could only help me if I had my account number. So I jumped into phone and asked where my account number was listed, they played with my phone a minute before telling me to go over to a computer and look it up, problem is... there system is down so the computer doesn't work either. These guys are idiots with zero customer service. Just tell everyone in line so we don't have to wait for you to give us bullshit after we wasted our lunch.

This has been my personal bank location for a few years now. Every teller and banker I've seen working here has had a great attitude (very friendly and helpful). I have only good things to say about this branch location!
