Very unprofessional. Was scheduled for the the 6th didn't know was cancelled til I called in then she said she would call back to reschedule and nope I had to call in got new appt for 3:30 at 4 I asked how much longer 10 min. No thank you my appt was at 3:30 not 4. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I went in last week because a broken tooth is causing me pain and I need it extracted. The front desk is where they keep screwing up. They initially set me a "limited exam" where I got the problem area x-ray and looked at. That cost $230 without insurance. Then I was told by the dentist to have a extraction set for the next week. I went in for my extraction yesterday and the nurse did a full x-ray of my whole mouth, the dentist came in and that's when I found out from him that they set up the wrong appointment and instead of an extraction, I was just getting examined again. They charged me another $230. And I still have to schedule an extraction. I feel like I was scammed into paying for 2 exams.

Terry Reilly is the best. Everyone is always very kind and patient. Dr. Butts is always happy to explain all the details of cleaning and set you on the right track for brushing and flossing. Dr. Jensen is happy to refer you for complicated cases and always has a welcoming smile. They sometimes even give you cleaning kits. Highly recommend!

Thank you very much doctor Melinda Jensen!... it is worth the wait for the attention with the doctor, all the clinics of the Terry dentists always have their agendas busy in the dental department, but the attention of the doctor is first class , very patient and professional for the children, the quality of the service is worth waiting for in the agendas. Three years ago she touched us and today again if the quality of the service has not changed. 100% recommended with her. Blessings.

If I’m not mistaken the canyon dental will see emergency if they arrive at 7:30AM to make sure the dentist has time for some sort of procedure. Or call every morning until they can fit you into the schedule.
