Amazing customer service! The Store Manager Greg took the time to make sure I got the right welder and the right supplies. I almost went to HomeDepot to buy a cheap Lincoln 180 HD, but Greg took the time to explain why the Lincoln 180 HD there was not the same as the Lincoln 180 Dual, which was twice the price and at first glance looks the exact same, pretty confusing considering Lowes sells the same welder as HomeDepot buts its rebadged as the Pro Mig 180 and charges the same price. That level of product knowledge and customer service is not something you will find at big box stores, Amazon or even Youtube sometimes, and trust me, I YouTube everything. Let's see I was a semi new customer I've been in oxarc about a hand full of times. I honestly thought it was a great store. Last time a bigger older gentleman with glasses helped me got me out the door really quick. This last time a bigger gentleman up front was helping and I honestly felt like he didn't want me there was brushing me off like I wasnt there and when he got to me he ordered a part for my welder. I have not heard anything back from him in months. On top of that I was out at there loading dock and all I could hear was a young man with blonde hair cussing at the top of his lungs while he was on his truck. Very unprofessional. Will not be back there ever will not recommend this place to anyone. Even if there prices are lower. Management really needs to figure out there employees temper.
