I just wanted to ask a simple question if what they recommended for software took 15-30 minutes for them to outsource my call to wherever it landed. Wanted me to go on my computer and link it to them, then they wanted all my info. Anyplace else and it's called a scam! Why is it legal with them? I could have driven to the store and asked in person! What happened to customer service! Can't accept calls anymore! Rediculous I refuse to ever give them another dime!

I suggest you call the store and ask somebody there
Have you tried to restart? If that doesn't work I suggest you contact the Geek Squad of the Best Buy in the Nampa Marketplace
They both have service in the store in the market-place and also online and by phone check it out that's the best I can tell you
