This is a great community!! My mom has been here for 13 years and we love it for her. There has recently been a change of management. Because she’s been here a long time she wasn’t sure how things would be but we like them already. I came to the office and spoke with a very pleasant young lady name Shane. She was the sweetest person and spoke great things about the management company. We are excited to see what’s to come from them.

I put a work order in before I went to work and it was fixed by time I got home SAME DAY! We are off to a great start guys my move in went smooth and the apartment was freshly cleaned upon my arrival. The Staff has been so helpful with the process. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Thank You

I’ve been living here since 2019. Seen this place go through multiple management changes. Every time management switches, the harder it is to get In contact with the leasing office if you have any concerns. Tina is very rude. She is quick to jump to conclusions about what it is you’re calling about and will cut you off while talking. In the midst of all of that, your issues will still not be resolved by her or anyone in the office. I will not be renewing my lease once it is up. I’m paying almost $2,000 in rent for subpar customer service and living conditions.

We enjoyed living here overall but I only gave them one star. Here is my essay on why I gave Avana Druid Hills 1 star: +1 star for location. We met many good people and it is relatively close to a lot of places in Atlanta. -1 star for facilities. They promise a salt pool (definitely chlorine), grill (only the back 3 inches actually cook and the gas was always out), and a tennis court (that has so many issues you can't actually use it for tennis). -1 star for rent. It consistently went up insane amounts every year. -1 star for communication. The main office uses a call service and never returns the calls. -1 star for fees. This place may seem like a reasonable price but your rent will be 150 dollars more a month on average because of stupid amounts of fees. They will give you for every cent they can.
