Shuttle arrived within minutes after requesting. Easy 5 min ride to hotel from airport. Front desk was very welcoming. They had cocktails and snacks when we arrived. Room was very clean. Next door neighbors were very loud and it felt like walls were paper thin. Complementary breakfast was amazing. Omelette counter was super efficient and made some good omelettes.

Overall, the hotel did a decent job, considering it was packed due to conferences. But the negatives for a 4 night stay were hard beds, AC was not doing well in rooms on upper floors, gets loud when busy since the rooms facing each other, and they kept running out of my favorite breakfast items. The pros are excellent breakfast overall, modern, and free happy hour drinks to finish each day. They warn you up front that they don't service rooms on long stays unless it's more than a week.

Positive: Overall this Embassy Suites hit on all areas. Wonderful complimentary breakfast, nice rooms, great location and fitness center. Negative: The pool/sitting area was quirky: had to walk all the way around the hotel to re-enter from the patio as the doors would not allow access to the indoor pool from the outside patio. They said it had not been updated since Covid...easy fix.

Everything was good despite being wary of the negative reviews. Only 4 stars because this is a privately owned hotel. As such they are not up to the hilton standards when it comes to things like upgrades, food and beverage credits, and a few other minor details. The free drinks were on, but the gentleman serving everyone, who I also saw at lunch in the restaurant was awesome. As was all the restaurant staff I dealt with. The front desk was a trainee and while super nice had not much of a clue to the hotels policies. (Not her fault) I assume she shouldn't have been alone. But I would come back for convenience to the airport.

10. It's a awesome pool
Are u talking about room at Embassy suites? If so, then yes. If not, then ask bell hop. If u pay them the daily charge of $7.50, I wud be surprised if they wouldn't allow u to park there. But, good idea to call and ask.
Sorry im not sure but bt giving them a quick call they should be more than happy to let you know
They are currently in the process of a floor by floor refit/upgrade. The new rooms are great with amazing showers.
Wow, very Active members answered, thumps up. Many good restaurants around just pick type of food. Hamburgers, meat, mexican, american,Italian you name it good luck
They cooked breakfast eggs like you like them, the chef, in the a.m. Also, there was free dinner and drinks too. Nice suites. Stayed at the one in Plano near the 121.
I travel quite often, I've been bitten by bed bugs in infested rooms and that question will be very difficult to get an accurate answer because the hotels don't track that information. After the bed bug incident at an area Hilton hotel property, it was a discovery that the bedding had not been replaced since the hotel was first opened several years earlier.
