I have enjoyed living at Colonial Village at Grapevine for almost three year now. The location is great for my and an easy drive to both Dallas and Ft. Worth. You really can't beat the price and apartment size for the location. Any maintenance requests are acted on quickly and provide a follow up email. With an older apartment complex it comes with some normal upkeep challenges but the staff is always friendly and understanding to help when needed.

The complex, while it may have been built in the 80's, has been very well kept and they do a good job of keeping it in tip top shape. The staff is nothing short of amazing.
