This place runs a scam. They advertise themselves as an urgent care but they bill insurance as an outpatient hospital visit. That hidden change triggers an order of magnitude larger bill on your end. In my case, instead of $20 co-pay, I got stuck with a $300+ bill. No where do they tell you, verbally, or written, that these are their billing practices. Do NOT go here unless you want a nasty, expensive surprise later on.

Had my COVID booster here and had the best service ever. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It was clean and I did not have to wait long. The nurse who gave my shot was grumpy and the only unfriendly person, but she was probably not a county employee (I'm an RN also, she was most likely a travel nurse). Otherwise, the greeters, registration people, and security were all 10/10 service 👍

Horrible. Got there way early based on their hours and they turned us away while my mother in law couldn't even move and was suffering severe pain going to next place while she is suffering. Don't trust these people. You can't post hours and have someone base a medical condition on it and turn them away. Every review says how messed up they are. Don't come here, go somewhere that cares about you. Shameful, greedy, and untrustworthy. Wow.
