Cannot thank the team at The Ford Store Morgan Hill enough for how they treated me during the process of buying my 2022 Mustang Mach-E Premium. They held the car while I drove 3 hours to get it when they could have easily called other customers waiting, they sold to me at MSRP when every other dealer is adding huge markups. They got me in and out in an hour so I could drive another 3 hours home before it was super late. Great team, thanks Louie and Sterling!

The Ford store has been a go to for me for vehicle purchases and servicing needs. I have bought a Ford Focus a few years ago and more recently I bought a new Ford Ranger from the Ford store. I have always been impressed with the great communication and fair pricing they have provided me as a customer. The continued customer service has been great. They were great. Michael in service was outstanding. He understands the concern, keeps a level head in communication and follows up very well. They conducted troubleshooting with my Mach E electricals issues. Determined a patch and quickly fixed it. Immediately sent a shuttle for pick up since I was compressed for time. Great service. Good folks.

Five star service and sales experience!! I happened into the MHFS in January attracted by the new Ford Bronco featured on the lot. I was met by the “next up” which was most fortuitous. Mr. Sterling Williamson approached me recognizing I was only “just looking”. Stroking up a casual conversation I indicated I was thinking about a new company car, specifically an Explorer Timberline. (I’d researched that package earlier and hoped they’d have on on property. They’d actually just sold the only Timberline that morning,) Sterling and I walked the lot and after a few minutes he’d encouraged me to write up a build sheet to see what options and pricing I’d like. I decided to go ahead and place the $500 deposit and submit the order, no pressure and entirely refundable if needed. Along the way, Sterling would update me on the status of the build via text msg and an occasional call. Very low key and easy going. My Timberline arrived a couple weeks ago and when I arrived, Sterling had all of my paperwork ready to go to complete the sale. The vehicle was as expected, and his attention to the pre delivery process, introduction to the sales manager, service, and finance team (Tony is great too) ensured I felt appreciated and right at home. I’ve purchased many a car over the years, interviewed dealerships before committing to the relationship, and I was/am extremely impressed with MHFS and Sterling. I had my truck with me and commented I’d need to have my wife drive me back down to collect the new vehicle, however without hesitation Sterling committed to delivering the Explorer to my door that afternoon (with a full tank of gas!) Sterling is the consummate professional without any of the “car salesman” stereotype, very genuine and personable. Knows his product very well, all in all a great representative for Ford and the MHFS. He was training a new sales associate when I arrived for pickup, and his demeanor and patience with the greenhorn bodes well for the next MHFS customer, that behavior and approach is infectious! I’ll DEFINITELY be back to the MHFS again for my future vehicle needs. BTW, unlike all the other Bay Area dealerships I’ve visited, the Morgan Hill Ford Store did NOT have and pandemic markups!! All available incentives and rebates were applied and no finance manager add on sleaze!! (Again, Tony is great to work with to close the paperwork) And all because I wanted to get some eye prints on a new Bronco… Thanks again Sterling for the fantastic experience!!
