I really like this park as it's never too crowded, there is a good selection of trails and the views are amazing. The only reason I have it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is it's a little out of the way to get here and the parking lot is not too big. However. There is an overflow parking lot that can accommodate for many cars that is 0.1 mile away but not too many people know about the extra parking lot. Anyway if you want some great hiking with some great views. This is a really good option AND it also connects to Calero Park which connects to Quicksilver Park so you can literally go hiking for a full day if you want to.

On 3/16/2022, took a 4.4 mile hike on Mayfair Ranch Trail (mostly). This is an excellent park for exploring nature and getting away from crowds. Another excellent location for wildflowers, and the creeks were still running in some places. Mixed oak woodlands landscape. Also, there are nice views of the Santa Cruz Mountains to the west.

Great place for a relaxing hike. The elevation gain was not terrible. I would consider this a moderate hike. Great views .

Beautiful hiking and biking trail with harmonious ups and downs, and many wild flowers in the winter and spring. One of the few hiking trails in the Bay area where you won't hear highway traffic.
