Best care services! They really do care and take the time to provide their patients with resourceful information in regards to your care and even possible procedures to permanently take action for your medical concerns. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Won, the PAs, and all other medical staff are an incredible care team! After being told by a couple doctors that I could not get my tonsils removed without a extensive, doctor-documented history of my issues, I described my experience during my initial appointment with a PA, and had the surgery scheduled before I left the office! Medical staff comprehensively and extensively informed me of the risks of the surgery, expectations and how to appropriately care for myself with medications and in adverse situations post-op. If you need a prescription filled and it's urgent, the nursing staff will make sure Dr. Won fills it before the end of the day and she even called me to let me know. They're in the middle of digitizing their patient intake, so expect to be emailed/texted most of your patient check-in documents prior to each appointment (you may need to fill out some paper documents in-office).

Went in for a sleep study and was given a estimated cost up front and ended up paying double because the doctor looked up my nose for 2 minutes and failed to tell me he was performing a surgical procedure which would get billed as that. It had nothing to do with a sleep study. Overall the doctor took good care of me, however the billing practices of the Lawrenceville office is very shady. I won't go back to this doctor again. Also FYI - I did contact the billing department to discuss several times and tried to get them to understand my side of things. I was given a very small discount and told I still needed to pay the amount. Shady in my opinion. Knowing that most people are on a budget and knowing that I was there specifically about a sleep study - would it not make sense for the doctor to say "hey I'm gonna do this procedure that will cost additional - Do you want it done? NOPE! would have been my response - but none of that happened - So I say all of this to say BUYER BEWARE!!
