Office is closed but not listed anywhere on their site. The phone number listed says they are experiencing high call volumes and then hangs up on you. If you contact them through the portal or email you get no response.

Longest process ever! They are working on my case, which is great, but they don't really update me and I have no idea what is going on most of the time. I don't know who my case worker is. I did find out they filed a motion for contempt, but I had to do some digging to find that out. It's just frustrating because I filed for services so someone could help me and I can't ever find anything out. I am happy to know that they are moving forward though. It's not fair for mother's and father's to have to constantly fight this battle with the NCP. 😞

It seem as if you would be able to but I would call and ask questions prior to you doing that. Awesome job for acknowledging your responsibility w/out being made to do so. πŸ‘
