Positive: The lobby was nice, spacious, and clean. The deeper you get into the hotel the more dates it feels - but they did a good job with the entry area. Negative: Definitely dated. Old carpet feels kind of gross. Room had water damage on bed frame. Pool was out of service. I¿ve machines were down. The area around the hotel seems equally as run down.

Positive: This hotel was close to everything that I needed to be at. The staff was very cordial and helpful to my needs. I was really happy with the breakfast buffet. The team there was doing a marvelous job. Great experience indeed. Negative: No complaints!

While waiting to move to new home I had the pleasure of staying at this property. From upper management to all the way across the board, the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Full of smiles, helpful, respectful and professional. Everything stayed clean, maids were great and security was on top of his game. Maggie at the front desk was especially great.

Positive: The location was great. It's visible from the highway and close to a good selection of restaurants and shopping. The gentleman who checked me in was polite and informative. Negative: One of the elevators wasn't working, the hallway was crowded with trash, there was trash in my room when I first entered, the bathtub didn't drain properly and I had to wait 20 minutes for the bartender to come over and help me. All I needed was a spoon.
