There is a problem every time I go to this pharmacy. About a month ago I waited two hours in the drive through line to pick up a prescription that they said was ready, but then they couldn’t find it. Today, I’ve been in line for 45 minutes and I still have three cars ahead of me. When I go to other Walgreens these problems don’t seem to happen. While I appreciate those who show up for work, this is a poorly managed pharmacy. The non-pharmacy store area is lovely and I have never had an issue shopping for non-pharmacy items.

I have tried to pick up my prescription for 5 days now. Drive thru line there is always 10 to 15 car wait. Inside is closed today 12/27/2021. I will be changing pharmacies today. I have no idea why it takes over 15 min just to pick up a prescription. Today will be my last day.

HORRIBLE customer service. After waiting an hour in the drive thru my appointment was not honored. "April" offered no solutions to the issue at hand and provided horrible customer service. She tried to deflect and offered no assistance when Walgreens is at fault. You need better people on the front-line who know how to provide good customer service with professionalism. Because of April you have lost a longtime customer.

Jessica(pharmacist), Maria(tech), and Michael from nights in the pharmacy are very rude and disrespectful. Jessica left my three kids and I in the drive thru for over 20 mins refusing to help us. She then proceeded to fill prescriptions and ring up customers without regards to the customers behind us. My two girls got down to proceed and ask for the information that she refused to assist us with. Very unprofessional and immature. This was a true sign of unsatisfactory customer service and lack of leadership. I will be submitting this to corporate. At the end I still did not receive the medication I needed. Janell the manager also in the beginning sounded like she was going to help us and then my daughter spoke to her and she made it sound like she was surprised how her staff treated us but yet received no help from her as well. They definitely played the I can’t and won’t help you card.
