Terrible customer service and rude. Especially a lady security guard that accused me of doing something I did not do and I asked for them to show me the proff of course they couldn't provide that information and I got 86ed anyways for doing absolutely nothing but minding my own business playing slots. I'm mind blown with the lack of accountability as they feel whatever they say is correct or right when us as Americans have rights and are innocent until proven guilty and without any doubt I am 100%

Never received email/text confirmation when I made reservations 2 months earlier. After staying there to see Jeff Foxworty never got a final bill. Hotel was fine. Staff was outstanding. My biggest complaint was that I could not charge my bill to my room when I had drinks in the Sports Bar and ate at the Restaurant. It was very inconvenient for me. Also I was unable watch my room TV because of no access card.

We drove out for a show recently and spent over $100 a ticket. We were excited for a long-overdue night out together and just as excited for "who" came to our small & boring town. We were still wound up after the show and didn't want the evening to end. It was a Saturday night and we wanted more entertainment and needed food. We found our way to the lounge where there was one line almost to the door and only two employees. Not at any point was there a smile or ANY form of warmth. To be clear, &h was NOT rude. Stagnant maybe, and _Yes and clearly overwhelmed. Prices and options were just standard. Nothing to set apart from the rest or give a high standard for any category within the industry. As to any specials, availability of food or event options, there was no server to ask. You may take your drinks out to the floor and rumor has it you can get waited on out there. I'm certain that is just a rumor though.Typical casino setting of bright lights and loud machines. So there is nothing to compensate or distract from the negative of losing any , most likely all of your money then pride. We finished our drinks just as fast as we reached our exit and joined the majority and left. With everything, each of us has endured individually and as a society, we deserve and need some positivity! To look forward without dread, reading the latest death count and scandal, to live again! In my experience, fliers given out at the entrance/exits of venues with the list of upcoming shows with time and dates. Along with any other promotions with maybe a coupon...GUARANTEES an increase in sales! Then add accommodating and SINCERE staff that be an absolute treat. Without a doubt, it would pay for itself. Pull staff from an event call board, creating more revenue to circulate. Have salaried with all hands on deck approach.to observe and teach tools for accurate, friendly and welcoming service. Enticing the guaranteed crowd of customers before and after all big performers. Run a fast and easy "venue menu" and/or a buffet in the lounge. Something that makes a person so curious, interested and a need to belong..actually planning a return visit or stay BEFORE LEAVING!!! Affordable and easy promos such as a $5 comp for play or a BOGO for a cocktail or appetizer. A free drawing for attendees or a raffle for a free night's stay? . Type of room, meal vouchers, entry fees, massages, etc etc.. Assuming getting folks to drive out there has to be one ofbthe hardest part?!?!? So one would think that staff would make the effort to keep them and their money on the premises. Pique their curiosities at least! DO SOMETHING!! In my experience, fliers given out at entrance/exits of venues with at a minimum a list of upcoming shows with dates and times along with promotions and maybe Also, where is any/all of the pride in your beautiful culture? Awe inspiring, jaw dropping - song, dance and dress??? History is and bad as long as INTERESTING!?!?! Teach it! Folks are craving maskless entertainment and socializing. Positivity in abundance is what we all need. Unity As the largest and next to nothing option .for indoor events you should set a precedence for our comeback to normalcy and reign proudly superior Ps Thete was an even longer line at Jack in the Box and (I don't even like their food).π

Well the casino is ok filled with your gamet of slot machines. They got the bingo. Do a pretty good job getting performers to play here at a small venue. There bar is basic they could use some work on there bloody Mary for sure. The restaurant is inconsistent sometimes its decent last time it took us a half hour to get our drinks then 45 minutes for our food to come out. The huckleberry pancakes were really good though. parking is ample and the outside of this place is well kept inside is dark and musky as it has endured years of cigarette smoke.

No! Idaho doesn't allow card tables in any establishment.
Yes masks are required but if you don't have one they will give you one...

It varies from certain nights. In my opinion it's not worth the money not much selection .
They have in the past years
I have know idea. U can look online or call them
There is video poker on the game king machines. The same machines with the keno games. So yes, there is video poker.
They have slot machines. And bingo on designated days.
Its not more then 3 or 4 bucks .... but you can use your casino rewards points on you Clearwater River Casino card , if you have enough built up .

In theory, you fold the fabric of space time-continuum to create a shorter distance. Unfortunately I wrecked my Delorian last week while texting my 2002 self. Don't text and time travel.
The rooms i stayed in did.
Wampum is Tues-Thurs. Bonus is usually one day random and epc wampum is in your mailer. All the dates are usually in your mailer, or ask the front desk.
It is free , u just need a current state Id
Yes , but u have to use ur points from players card for entries.
If u truly think so...follow ur own instincts, go by your gut feeling. This is much harder than one thinks. But, has never failed me.
I like the older machines that have 20, 30 or 40 lines to play @ 10 or 20 pennies per line so that max bet is no more then 4 bucks. There's a bank of 16 older machines with Queen of Atlantis, Red Baron, Sun and Moon. Also Whales of Cash. If I can play for an hour on $20 then I'm happy. I view going out there as Entertainment Proposes Only. Oh, also they have they BEST soup at the little lunch counter on the playing floor, not the restaurant.
When u use it card in the machines . And yes u can get points from kiosk too.
Build ur points up and u can use points for food at restaurant or deli. And they have a list at players club of what u can get with point built up.... then more u play earn points u can get free play
They have several... if you are looking national there is a few ... but in house there are several
