All the toppings were fresh, the people who worked there were super friendly and everything was clean. The pizza was great!

I absolutely love MOD pizza, no other pizza place comes close. But the last few times I've been in to order a pizza, the customer service has been severely lacking. There will be a small line of people waiting to order, while one employee is working the line making orders, while the rest of the employees walk around ignoring the line acting like they are busy when they are not. I don't find this acceptable. I won't stop going to MOD pizza, but the customer service needs to improve.
