The B tower is in the older Mission complex. Room 373 is on the third floor. It's directly above the old cafeteria. You still would need to enter through the main Visitors entrance. Check to make sure Visitors are allowed - it changes frequently due to covid-19 protocols.
There are several downtown, within a mile of the hospital: the Renaissance, the A Loft, the Cambria. And several in Biltmore Village, the other direction: the Residence Inn, the Grand Bohemian, the Residences at Biltmore. There's a few more, too.
