I was mislead and over charged. My car rental was for 5 days while my care was being repaired. I agreed to 4 days insurance. Signed contract clearly says 4 days. My car repair was delayed by 5 weeks due to lack of parts. I was charged for 35 days of insurance and $600 dollars more than signed contract. I was never contacted to have insurance extended. I have had no success correcting this over charge despite contacting local store as well as contacting customer service. I have received no follow up from local provider nor national office. I would appreciate a follow up call and a reimbursement of over charge.
