Because that would be too much like providing service to customers! Don't expect that from these guys.
The same time you picked it up. Every hour late they charge you for a third of a day. After 3 hours late you are paying for a whole day.
Yes I had to pay a deposit and then when I turned the car back in they gave my deposit back hope this helps
Also make sure that you have a current bill in your name, if your using own insurance proof of it with full coverage.
