Hello, Maria! Thank you for reaching out to us. You can check your numbers a couple of ways. The first option is to log into your MyCalPERS account. You can do so by going to calpers.ca.gov and clicking the MyCalPERS login button which is located at the upper right corner on a desktop or by tapping the menu button (three lines) on a mobile device and scrolling down to the menu option that says myCalPERS Log In. Once logged into your account, there will be an account summary right at the top of the page. Hi Helen, Due to the impact of COVID-19, our Regional Offices are closed to in-person appointments until further notice. However, as a retiree, the changes you would like to make can be done a few ways. To change your address, you can do so by logging in to your myCalPERS account from calpers.ca.gov, contacting us by phone at 888-CalPERS (or 888-225-7377) or downloading, completing, and returning the Address Change Authorization (PDF) form by mailing or faxing it to the number shown on the form. To obtain the form and for more information visit: https://www.calpers.ca.gov/page/life-events/name-address-changes To change your banking information, you can do so by mail or by logging in to myCalPERS, going to the Retirement tab and selecting Payment Options. They are not open you have to call them or go online I was just at the office a week ago and they were not open it says they are open on the website but they are not
