I normally don’t write reviews but I must say This office provides Good Service and it is an Appointments ONLY I just had my biometric done today 8/10/21 my appointment was at 1:00pm. “It was about 90+ degrees outside wearing a face covering not so pleasant.” You have to wait outside until your appointment hour comes up.It seems like they let people in at each hour only. I arrived at 12:20 and I had to wait on line outside till 1:00pm then they started letting people in one by one. It goes relatively fast, by 1:25 pm, I was done. Once you are in the office They right away give you a number and have you take a seat. It only takes an average of 7 minutes por person to go through the biometrics process. I may suggest to show up presentable they take your finger prints and your picture and that is going to be on your citizenship, Green card, etc etc. Over all Good Service Good luck every one !!!

They say open at 8 but its not open at 8 more like 830 but once your inside its pretty quick in and out pretty fast depending on what you place in line is takes about ten minutes for each person

If you already did the renewal process that you can do online, they give you a one-year extension because they are taking time, they can call you to take your fingerprints and photo or depending on what you already have, once you do the process, the extension you can download from the site and it will also reach you at the address you registered

If you have an appointment, you better show up. In case the office is closed, they will reschedule your appointment, but if you dont show, you can be denied whatever you are trying to get.

Most people who go there have appointments. Walk-ins might be accepted, if they don't have a lot of people. You'll be waiting for a long time.
