If you have an appointment, you better show up. In case the office is closed, they will reschedule your appointment, but if you dont show, you can be denied whatever you are trying to get.

If you're schedule appointment is on that time then they are open. I just did mine. But be there 30 minutes before ur said appointment for there's a line.
