After months of back and forth with the IRS, we finally hired Dana to handle our case. And he's worth every cent! We are now on the road to a speedy recovery.

If you need help with back taxes, then Dana is your man. He helped solve my back tax issue with the state for a reasonable fee compared to what others were charging.

Hi Tom...thank you for taking the time to post a question. We do not charge for an initial consultation. We will meet with you face-to-face or shall we say the remainder of the time in the pandemic mask-to-mask. We will also meet with you by Zoom if it is more convenient. We do prefer face-to-face, but in any case we do not charge for a consultation!

Hi Chuck, You clearly don't have the income to make installment payments on the tax for the cancellation of debt income. You have three options. First, you appear to be a strong candidate for an Offer in compromise. Second, we are in a pro-debtor bankruptcy district. Subject to certain timing rules, you can bankrupt this tax debt. Third, the IRS does not have a lifetime to collect on this tax debt. There is a ten-year collection statute from the date of assessment. Hope this helps. Kind regards, Dana M. Ronald
