Spent $5000 on appliances. Received a text for delivery date of appliances from them. Day and time came and went, no call/no show on appliance delivery. Called and asked where delivery was, they said I wasn't on the delivery schedule and called us liars about our delivery text confirmation. I had text from them confirming date and time. Very poor customer service, if I had it all over to do again, I wouldn't. Previous one star review was deleted, reposting my horrible experience.

I needed a side-by-side refrig/freezer and they had what I wanted at a fair price. That was in 2015 and it’s been running perfectly since then. I need a new dishwasher and will be going back to Foothill. In 2022!

This place is great! We purchased a freezer and are working with them to replace our built-in grill. The people in the store are super friendly and aren't pushy. They're also pretty tech savvy and will text you a link to a live map if you have an appointment scheduled with a tech. The live map is a game changer! I no longer need to sit at home wondering when, in my four hour window, I should expect the tech!
