Worst service I have ever experienced. Purchased my last few appliances from them hoping that when there was a problem we could get reliable repair service. HORRIBLE service!!! Charge you $120.00 to walk in and do nothing. All we heard was how this job was killing him and how he had cut his fingers before on glass in the dishwasher. It was obvious the pump on the dishwasher wasn't working because it wasn't draining....which we informed them of before coming out. Didn't bring a pump to remove standing water so that they could clearly look and view the interior of dishwasher to evaluate the problem. Just wanted to order a $200.00 part and charge for another service call to take place in another 2-3 days. At that rate I can go purchase a cheap dishwasher with another 1 year warranty. Additional comment.....if the initial diagnostics of the repair would have been done in a true customer service manner of draining the water, pulling out and looking at the pump the repairman Steve would have noticed that is was just blocked by some plastic that had gotten down the disposal. We paid Oliver Dyer $120.00 and received no service!!! WE FIXED THE PROBLEM OURSELVES!!! because we knew we were being scammed by laziness. Just trying to get more $ out of customers.

The salespeople will wear a mask if you are wearing one and for the most part they are wearing them even if you are not. The delivery and service folks are wearing gloves and mask in homes.

Oliver Dyer's has just about anything you could think of or need or appliances are concerned! They have a whole warehouse full at awesome prices! They treated me excellent and I got a great deal on a really nice side by side Refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer and a set of Maytag washer and dryer for the best price I shopped around for in all of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Believe me I did do my shopping and they did a great job for me and delivery as well, very courteous, clean wore a mask and gloves to protect from the virus. I will definitely refer other people to them as much as possible! Five stars!

Yes. Parts is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday- Friday, and 8:30 to 4:00 on Saturday . Would be a good idea to bring in the model number to your dryer to match it up.
