So I tried calling the service center to repair my Kenmore refrigerator’s ice maker. They would only schedule me for days I was working. They said I need to schedule the day they gave me then reschedule it later. The customer service gave me two options $169 to come look at the refrigerator. Or some $500 package but the problem was that I could not understand the customer service representative because his English was broken. So after two attempts and absolute frustration I canceled everything and will probably try to repair it myself. Very disappointing experience!
