This is the worst company I have every seen. Sears used A@E out of forth worth for appliance repair. They are a scam company.And Sears is totally ok with what there doing. Please beware, if you have to go through Sears tell them you want a Sears tech not A&E!!! I can't warn you enough about Sears help line!!!

It was too different parts that went out on it one in one week and the next week it was the clutch on it so but they did a good job and got it all fixed it was our Maytag washer
