The technician ordered parts, which did not arrive. Sears and A&E also charged me for the service, which was never performed. I have canceled all of the services and plan to buy a new dryer. I am awaiting a refund from Sears and A&E factory service.

Long story short, 8 appointments were scheduled by Sears, 3 appointments were botched by Sears, 3 appointments were canceled by Sears and rescheduled for a much later time. 2 appointments were kept by Sears. During those 2 appointments, the same Sears technician (Abby E) entered our home with utter disrespect and unprofessionalism. Sears home service, in my opinion, is call center to call center to call center to outsourced technicians that seem to have no pride in their work.
