Officer Kenneth Zachary is a walking Power Trip. Typical dirty police man. Arrested even though passed the roadside "Field Sobriety Tests." He didn't get the full story. The other driver didn't proceed through the green light, an attempt was made to avoid the collision as evidenced by the damage, but he couldn't be bothered with an actual fair investigation. Just jumped to conclusions and wanted to exert his power. That he did. PERMANENTLY DAMAGED nerves in my arms since the handcuffs were too tight so now I can't feel for the rest of my life. Ransacked my vehicle and damaged it too. BEWARE, THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT.

I have never been a fan of any police or department. Can’t exactly say I’m a fan yet; but what I can say is that I have had one terrible experience with the police here in Lewisville. It just so happened to be my first. Just recently though; due to mental health, I had an awful experience. I called their 911 line three times, three times the dispatch sent people in uniforms who acted like concerned neighbors or even family. I am still trying to recuperate from that experience; but thanks to them and my sister, I didn’t have to be traumatized further by encountering nasty, hateful people in uniforms with accusatory insinuations or direct threats of harm. For that, I have to say thank you so much for treating me like a person that you knew, cared for, and hoped would be ok.

I mean how can I express my love for LPD. They awarded my then 4 year old son for saving my Mom’s Life, and now just 2 months ago he saved my life in a tragic car accident. They were quick to get on scene, and they were so affectionate, attentive and loving when it came to calming him down and quickly treating me and making sure that we were both completely taken care of and being treated with the love that were giving us. I love LPD so so much, and I’m so beyond thankful for these men and women in the blue. 💙🖤👮🏻♀️👮🏼👮🏻♂️

I believe there should be records. Flight paths, etc. You can request them.
There is no statute in Lewisville to prohibit public consumption of alcohol, unless they are in a city park. You will find relevant information in Sec. 10-71. - Possession of alcoholic beverages in our code of ordinances: https://library.municode.com/tx/lewisville/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=PTIICOOR_CH10PARE_ARTIIIPA_S10-71POALBE
I don't believe a moped is considered a motor vehicle under Texas transportation code, but I did find some relevant information prohibiting the operation of a motor vehicle across the Fox pedestrian bridge under section 15.4 of our city code of ordinances: https://library.municode.com/tx/lewisville/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=PTIICOOR_CH15TRVE_ARTIINGE_S15-4SAEDWAFOAV
I would check with the police department directly.
