Though the view are lovely and the staff is nice to talk to ,the apartment itself is beyond questionable. The day i moved in over a year ago my tub wasn't even finished. I was given keys to an empty apartment just to take care of basic hygiene needs no other accommodations were made just a basic apology for the inconvenience. I thought that was the worst of it but when winter came so did the ROACHES and i live on the 3rd floor. The infestation is horrible and the pest control request did nothing l seen three coming out my dishwasher this morning even though they supposedly sprayed last week. Not to mention the BEE's which i am highly allergic too coming into my apartment from the Vents. I've expressed my concern and medical risk to the staff multiple times but get nothing but a basic apology and directions on how to put in another pest control request. I didn't take the reviews about the bug seriously before moving in because when i asked the staff about it they assured me pest control sprayed regularly which was a LIE they only come when you specifically request them. Which i did multiple times and nothing has worked. Now I am left with a irritated eye and a scratchy throat because i was STUNG by a bee in my own HOME ! To top it off I was without air for over a week in Texas 90 degree weather! I work from home so i had to get a hotel until it was fixed and the staff did nothing to help beside offer another pointless apology. I had every intention of renewing my lease due to the location and the nice views but i refuse to pay over $1,500 a month for a ROACH and BEE infested apartment with a iffy air system and a staff that refuses to HELP. Save your money and listen to the reviews don't be like me !

Really love these apartments! The property is very clean and there are many amenities that make living here worthwhile. Grills and fire pits in every building courtyard, as well as the pool. Speaking of the pool, there's 3 decent sized ones including an infinity pool! There's a bar on site (beer and wine only) you can order from the bar and head out to the pool to enjoy your day. There are also 2 gyms, one on each side of the property. Absolutely love the man made lake and waterfall, there are docks so you can go fishing on site too. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any issues, work orders are completed either same day or at latest a few days later (there's a nice system to let them know how urgent your request is). Most importantly, the property is very safe at all times of the day. My fiance and I moved in November 2021 and her mother and brothers moved in a couple months after us. We all absolutely love this property and highly recommend it!

I have experienced an issue since I moved into my apartment since March 2022, I have followed protocol and I still have not received resolution. My emails and phone calls get ignored. If I took it upon myself to address the issue then it would be a problem. I would like to enjoy my living space, I work hard to pay rent on an apartment that I cannot enjoy. Not to mention that the faux grass is very unsanitary, the dogs use it to go to the bathroom on and it reeks of urine smell.

So has many are aware, Discovery and I have had a rocky relationship. With saying that, over the last year new management has came in and started to clean up the place. For me it was little to late but I strongly believe under the new Property Manager (M) things will start to turn around. I want to thank the current staff for all the hard work they are doing to make Discovery a wonderful place to live.
