There is no way the 5 star reviews are authentic. There must be an incentive to leave 5 star review. We moved out in middle of June and still have yet to receive our security deposit check. We have been getting the run around since we moved out. Office said it was mailed to us on 6/30 but I have a voicemail from Thelma asking what our address was on 8/15. Issue with not receiving our money back non withstanding, I have no idea why anyone would want to live here. Dirty complex that smells like weed, loud neighbors, stray animals everywhere. Multiple fees a month for nothing. 9/20/22- Miraculously, after multiple months of emailing and calling the office, 2 days after I post this review I finally received a reply email from Shanice stating that our refund check should be in the mail in a couple days. It’s been two weeks since the last communication and we still have not received our check. By Texas law, apartments are required to send check by 30 days of moving out. It is clearly well past that. Shanice has failed to respond since her email on 9/08/22. I have submitted a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.

Yes. Little and big ones. We moved in with dead roach bodies (small) laying around our new appliances, I guess they couldn't bother to move them... Only have big roaches outside, I kill about 2 or more a night (as many as I see and can get under my shoe).
