I lived here for nearly 2 years, I definitely recommend living here! PROS: The office and management. The maintenance team. Everything billed for is explained and listed. All the facilities are taken care of. You can open the security gates with your phone from your apartment to let in friends. CONS: The outside the lighting of the whole complex is VERY bad. You definitely can't go for a early morning jog or night walk without a flashlight. I highly recommend installing security cameras aswell, as they have none. Parking is pretty bad too, if you get off work after 7pm, don't live here as you might have to park halfway across the complex from your apartment. Overall I enjoyed living here. It's been over a month since I moved out, and I haven't came across any unexpected extra charges or fees. The maintenance calls are taken seriously and are taken care of in a day or two, and the office will do all they can to make sure you are happy with your stay, as the upstairs neighbors would constantly stomp around, but after I put in a noise complaint it stopped completely! Since I left, they have become a bit pricey, but in my opinion the location makes up for it. As there is a market street a block away, a mall, gym, almost every fast food chain, abunch of stores from PetSmart to hobby lobby, all 4-6 minutes away.
