Very bad experience: I ordered a cheese pizza and first time I am not at all happy with quality of pizza. I know the process ver well and wondering how QC is passed for this pizza. Bad thing is our time wasted and kids had to eat something else. Not a good experience. I usually don’t give feedback however I don’t want this to happen for another customer and kids. Hope you understand well. I just went to return bad pizza . It was pathetic experience with the team member there (8.35 pm est shift ). Forgot about sorry or apology , OE person and another person , both of them behaved like hell. Never saw this experience from any professional store. He shouted at me to leave store. He said that This store is his property and is have to leave immediately in 5m ( was actually ordering pizza from another store) . I had to leave and order from other place. They were almost physically trying to hurt just for 10$ pizza. I have never experienced this behavior before n my whole life. So much rude and loud. I feel they need some training as a humen being not from corporate but also from their parents, how to behave properly with humens. Hope somebody reading and taking some action. Your store violated many rules of dominos franchise businesses one of them is below. Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money Your store did not make it right on my request instead threaten to leave. Forgot about bad quality , I don’t even feel safe in 4911 store so no more visiting your store in my life and will recommend to my family and friends same . Dominos please watch this store for bad behaviors with customers, this might spoil your global image.

Received the wrong order of 3 pizzas and cheesy bread. Called in and the lady on the phone told us to keep it since the policy is they can't take back food once the customers have it. Since there's only 2 of us who can't eat all that pizza we chose to give it to our neighbors with kids. Delivery driver arrived with our correct order and demanded to have the wrong order back. Informed the driver what the lady on the phone said. Driver seemed unhappy and claimed the store changed his policy. Not sure if this is the best way to handle a wrong order especially when it comes to food.

Always been fast and really nice. Only 4 stars because when you call to order you get a robot. If that doesn't work you get forwarded to a call center where they try to upsell you so that's annoying. Ordering online is the way to go I guess.

Ordered online for delivery. Website stated open until 1am. However, it was actually closed. I still was charged. The following day they told me they could not help and directed me to the corporate line. Corporate were helpful but stated I could not be refunded as this location was a franchise. Corporate did contact them on my behalf but have received no further information. Be very careful ordering online. They will not refund you. EDIT: So, as you can see, the owner did respond. However, the comment was only to appear to readers that they want to do the right thing. I responded to their email with 1 hour of the post with all the information regarding the stolen money dominos has. No response. Please look to other places that are not total crooks. These are not good people.
