Hi. I don't think they sell them right out. I think you have to have an existing account or a new one and make payments for as long as they tell you or just pay it all off in 3 months. Just call them early morning. Have all your questions ready and give it shot. Good luck kiddo..

If you need some kind of repair, you can schedule the appointment via apple's support webpage, the one time that I did schedule something here was to replace a battery, so depends on the reason I suppose.

Try rebooting the iphone. Hold down the power key and the home key till you see the apple logo. Hopefully thats all it needs.

I've done that before on an iPhone 5. I made an appointment to see the tech. At the appointment they determined they had to replace the whole phone for just the price of the battery. When the phone arrived in s couple of days they called. The second visit took just 20 minutes to move the SIM, activate, and restore the cloud backup.

I would recommend calling them and confirming that they have batteries in Stock. If you don't ask, they will have you come in, they will do tests and say that they do not have the battery on stock, which was happened to me last week

Definitely Make an appointment. I went once without making an appointment and ended up waiting for 6 and a 1/2 hours Twiddling my thumbs.

Recommend the glass ones. They work best.
