BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not use unless you want an engine to have issues before the first oil change. First engine only went 70 miles before knocking began. Will modify when everything is finalized. First engine only drove around 70 miles before knocking began (suspected wrist pin was the cause by Ford dealership). Now their warranty only covers "X" amount per hour which is hard to find a reputable dealership in the area that was equal to or near that price so I ate the difference which after labor and the fluids which they have yet to "determine" how much I will get back on the claim. Now the new engine has only around 225 miles and has began misfiring and displaying many codes, truck will go back to the shop yet again and I have already been told that if this engine is also a failure I will once again have to eat the difference or find somewhere to do it cheaper........I asked with the original if any accommodations on the labor rate could be made seeing how the first engine failed immediately and the answer was "No". Now I have potentially paid twice to put a motor in that failed before the FIRST OIL CHANGE!!!!!!!!

Great communication from Sarah. 5.3 liter Engine arrived when promised. It’s smooth, quiet and powerful. 3000 miles and almost ready to switch to Amsoil. No leaks, no noises, no problems. I run a shop and I’d recommend them! Updated Review: 10/05/2022 I can’t recommend this company any longer. At the 3000 mile mark the engine began making noise-ticking and squealing. Not long after it became apparent that a lifter had failed. I decided to investigate it myself and tore down the engine. Sure enough a roller had failed and destroyed the camshaft. The timing chain tensioner looked like it had about 50,000 miles worth of wear, not 3000. The amount of wear on the camshaft and the timing chain tensioner leads me to believe the parts were assembled dry. They don’t appear to be cheap Chinese parts. This much wear with prelube and three oil changes in 3000 miles simply doesn’t scan. I could give a pass on the lifter-it happens. The tensioner wear can’t be explained. Research complaints against this company on BBB. The number of complaints this year alone is unacceptable. Have an engine built locally.

Purchased a rebuilt transmission. The price was good as well as the shipping, however the product is not. Changed all parts prior to install and within 1000 miles transmission is throwing codes and not shifting properly. I have emailed once with no response , called numerous times to warranty department and sat on hold for an hour with no one answering the phone, always says reps are busy assisting others. With the lack of being able to get someone on the phone for warranty help I do not have any confidence in this company. UPDATE The company had called me after I had posted this rating. I may now be optimistic with where this is going. It may have just been that they are so busy that they need more staffing. I will continue to update my review and rating during this process.

Absolutely POOR customer service! Have tried to contact warranties, they never call back, they absolutely have been no help. Having to give a customer $7000 back because their engine failed within 40 miles of purchase and they will not help follow through with warranty with us or the shop!
