I have requested a core pick up with in the last two weeks, twice by mail, and I called last wed and talked to Maria in the core department, I was told again 24 to 48 hours waiting period. Once again nothing yet.. Why is this so difficult?

Terrible customer service the worst I requested core pickup with a lift gate truck they sent a truck without a lift gate finally sent a truck with liftgate customer service is the worst I'm sorry I ever went with powertrans should have went with Frazier my first gut instinct
