I do not see any deposit fees for camera or any equipment rentals. Do you require a cash or credit card deposit when renting out the cameras and equipment?

Certicate of Insurance, Credit Card, Filing for an account. Unless you you want to have them charge your card for the total cost of the gear. You don't want to do this. Dodd is the same. All rental houses are the same. For insurance look up Tom Pickard.
