I went recently for what I thought was another bout of pluerisy...I got the steroids bit the doctor I saw there checked me out and gave me info no other I have EVER seen has told me. I Was private pay, no Insurance, and was blown away that she had told me some things that what were so simple. ..the outside of back was tender too...she said that was more symptom of muscle spasms, gave me a script for muscle relaxers and now when I start feeling the onset of that pain, I can identify it better, and am able to better care for myself. We also got out vaccines there. I love every staff member. They are amazing.

I came in for a covid test. I checked in and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I decided to call and check my place in line after waiting 2 hours in my car. I was then told by a woman named Shirley there was 5 people in front of me and it would be at least another hour. Now I understand that medical appointments can vary in time but being off an hour and a half is completely ridiculous. Shirley was very unprofessional and hung up on me. Would not recommend this place and I will never come here again.

I have been going to Olathe Health Urgent Care for many years. I have received nothing but kindness at the front desk. You, as well as the front desk, deserve respect and patience in this urgent care facility. I have always gotten a true and reliable diagnosis. The doctors and nurses take their time to access everything you share and then thoroughly check and evaluate your symptoms. I wish a few others would have what I would say is a constant in good medical care. I respect your opinions. The waiting times can sometimes be long and frustrating at times. As all health care workers have been doing for such a long time, they are doing the best they can to serve us. It is a tough time right now.

Yes they do, make an appointment online and then call when you get there.
Yes
No idea, no insurance is an uncertainty. U should just ve upfront call them and ask first
It is. You walk in and wait 5-10 minutes to see a doctor on staff. You don't necessarily make appointments here, so much as walk in.
