We used to get ours from Bascom Elevator. They delivered it. My husband said order it with no sash. ( Coal dust)
There may be, but we are not sure. There is an install fee, as well. Just talk to an associate about it, as they will know where/who to talk to about this in-store. They are very helpful with this.
If you mean something like window tint for cars, yes they do.
I haven't worked for Lowe's but the people I know who do are loyal and they do like it.
