Went in to get a window glass and trim for a replacement window. They glass turned out just fine. However when we asked for the trim we were told that it had been thrown out. Brought in a other piece to see if it could be matched only to have this rude woman try and give it back to us as the lost piece and claim that I never gave one to her. She got very nasty with us and wished us luck. Never again.
