Driver of cab #35 delivered patient to the medical campus, parked in fire lane blocking access to entrance of clinic. When asked to move he was very rude & hateful to Curbside Assistant as well as waiting patients. Driver placed on report for breaking law.

never on time, has drivers that can't drive, drivers use their phones for personal use while driving, has attitude majority of the time.

Driver responded immediately on a busy weekend. He was punctual and accommoded us by scheduling a return ride in a few hours. He also quickly returned a personal item left behind. Cost was reasonable and vehicle was comfortable. Will use again when we return to Tiffin in a few months.
