Got a hold request for my local Walgreens for an item. They delivered to the Walgreens then took the item back almost immediately, made a second tracking number for the item, then "tried to deliver" (no notes on my door, no calls, nothing) two more times before me calling them to micromanage, at which point they left for pickup. Two days late and the company sending me my work laptop getting confused and stupid right with the Walgreens and FedEx themselves, bad experience. Won't use.

If I could rate less then one star I would. Older woman with Gray hair in like a bob cut. Not pleasant at all. Felt like I was bothering her. Talked over me several times. Horrible customer service.

FedEx is USELESS! Had a driver come down out drive on a hill with a curve in it and proceed to do just under a thousand dollars damage to our property trying to get back out. Finally with help, he left saying he would tell his supervisor. He did "I didn't do any damage." Customer Service supervisor finally called after a dozen useless call-arounds saying he was helpless because it was his word against ours. We had taken pictures and found witnesses as required but still not a penny for the repairs. Now, that same driver will absolutely not deliver a package to our home. He leaves them at Walgreens Drug eight miles away so we have to drive 16 miles to fetch them. Before we order anything online, we ask who they use and if it's FedEx, we cancel after telling them why. My wife was told by a woman at work it was the same as happened to her $16,00.00 smashed car. DON'T USE FEDEX unless you want some drama.

I shipped a 55inch TV to California, cost me but it went. I guess furniture will cost more but it's doable.
If you go to location and pay for shipping there then they will print label right there. But if you have something like return shipping label or paid online you will have to print and bring it.

Yes they will hold packages for pickup. I have done this several times.
The package needs to be weighed. You would need to stop by a shipping center.
