Semi driver in a gold Kenworth hauled a load for me and was one of the rudest and most confrontational people I've ever met. Hollered out the window "I'm going to punch you in the mouth" after being late for a delivery.

Called to rent equipment which was broke down for second year in a row. Asked if they would till garden and how much. Setup a date for them to come out at a reasonable price, only to get a call 2 weeks before we had it scheduled for them to tell me that they were not going to be able to do my hour job because they took on more profitable commercial jobs.
