TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH KITCHENAID. My husband gave me a kitchenaid as a wedding gift, but with the move we lost the invoice. The battery was in the box for 2 years as I was still using my old one. In 2021 I started using it and the machine was giving me a shock. As I couldn't find the invoice, I contacted kitchenaid explaining that I didn't have the invoice and ireporting the problem. So kitchenaid asked for machine information (serial number and others) and after a few days kitchenaid contacted me saying that yes, my mixer was still under warranty and that I could send it to technical assistance and I would not have to pay anything . The machine was detected a fault and returned home without a problem, but months later it started to leak oil, went to the service, then months later the same problem with oil and service again, and in 2022 again problem with oil leakage. The technical assistance told me that kitchenaid would send me a new machine, and yes they sent me a new machine within 14 days, however the machine came with some damage, I took a photo and sent it to kitchenaid and they asked me to send the machine back and they would send another one. After a few days, I receive another machine and to my surprise: a box all crumpled and torn. I found it strange and filmed the condition that I received the box,.. at the time I thought it was my old machine because it came leaking oil again. I contacted kitcheaid again and this time I noticed that they no longer wanted to solve my problem... all the time they were asking me for the invoice for the machine, and I explained several times that I had lost it and that kitchenaid said my machine was under warranty and after I sent it to the assistance, it generated a document that says: serial number of my machine + warranty date. Kitchenaid didn't want to accept that. Told that I was not entitled to anything and that they were doing me a favor. Hours if I had no right to anything. 1 . because they sent the machine to technical assistance. 2 why did they send me a new machine if I was not entitled to anything? 3. Kitchenaid told me that the warranty on my old machine would be transferred to the new one (expiring in August 2023) so far so good, I just wanted my machine back. I had to lie, saying that I made 5-6 cakes a month to help with my house budget, to see if they saw that the machine was important to me and that they would fix the problem soon, and that just became another problem So ... I asked for a return of the machine and they said no, I should go to technical assistance. I sent it to tech support in the same box they sent me. Days later I receive a bill saying that I need to pay almost 4,500kr because the machine arrived damaged at the technical assistance. I get in touch again and they say they can't do anything. And that I need to stay in harm's way and lose my machine and of course my money. I asked to have my first machine back, because the problem with it was just an oil leak and they said they can't return it because it's already been destroyed. In summary: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KITCHENAID, as they will void their guarantee on what they find convenient for them. I contacted 0800 and the guy who answered me was even very attentive to me, he said he would need to check everything but he didn't guarantee anything. And in fact nothing has been resolved. So don't buy. The mixer I bought is Misty blue (100 years old) is beautiful, but in my case I still had an oil leak problem. Ah, kitchenaid told me that the oil was not toxic and that it wouldn't be a problem if it dropped in the preparation. Who in sanity will think it's ok, to see a black oil falling in their preparation and think: ok. If you plan on making more than 6 cakes a month, forget it, because you will void your mixer's warranty. And to finish my opinion about kitchenaid. DISAPPOINTMENT

You mean Kelly Services? It's a temp agency that brings in workers. Usually after enough time has passed, Whirlpool hires you and you'd no longer be a Kelly temp.
Whirlpool here make the stand mixers and hand mixers. There is a plant and a warehouse also.
3rd shift is 9pm-5:40am (Sundays) then throughout the week its 7pm-5:40am and first shift it's like 6am-4:30pm I believe.
