I recently bought a food processor online from Kitchen Aid. It looked like the bottom was melted partially and glued together and a small piece of wire is sticking out. I contacted/emailed Kitchen aid several times and sent pictures with no response. Never buy from them. Poor customer service and noone from Kitchen Aid will respond to fix the problem. I even told them it smells like burnt wires and poses a fire hazard. Not happy how negligent this company truly is. Stay away!!!

Could never reach anyone at their customer service number was on hold for 30 minutes listening to lame music and finally gave up. There is no reason someone should have to wait that long for someone to answer their phone. 0 stars.

Just sit back and let them realize their mistakes u must decide on a breaking point to go in a different direction to obtain the same goals
I am only a line worker but judging by our workload and coming in on weekends our service department is probably just as busy as we are. I am sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you and can only encourage you to keep trying or trying a different customer service number and asking for a direct transfer.
