I had the worst experience on Dec 31 I was doing a a couple of returns and exchange first she took forever to take them and she did 3 at a time for exchange when I asked why was the reason she took forever she simply answered in a rude tone, she even forgot to remove the censor of the items I was exchanging them for!!! I’ve never felt unwelcome at a store before! I didn’t get her name because she didn’t have a name tag she was a short girl and the line was huge at the time this Incident happened! The company needs to do a better a job hiring people that are representing the company!poor customer service!

I needed some sport coats for work and came here in a bit of a rush. I love the selection of men's clothes they have. I will definitely come back because of the service though. Everyone in the store was very friendly. Adamari helped me find exactly what I was looking for, patiently waited while I tried them on, and made sure everything was perfect before I left.

Maybe this place is good if you are young? Granted, I'm not their demographic. I'm a 50 year old mother and everything in here is targeted for girls under 25. So I understand when a salesperson doesn't jump to attention when I walk in. But you know what comes with age? High credit limits, among other things. So when I needed a top of a particular color and went in there on the off chance that something might work, I didn't expect to get ignored as I paraded all over the store holding said top. I wandered in and out of the locked changing rooms hoping someone would offer to unlock one. No one did. I put the top back and left. No wonder mall stores go out of business.
