Darren is phenomenal to work with. We felt like he always had our backs. We had some hoops to jump through and he was there every step and kept us in the know. His communication and knowledge can't be beat! I would highly recommend Darren any day!

If I had known what renting an apartment from this place would be like I would never have wasted my time or money. It is absolutely true that the rental department treats all of its tenants like liabilities, and are utterly condescending when they speak to you. It would be easier for any prospective renters to either stay at home or become homeless.

Realtor, Lisa Francis listed our house, and we had 6 showings set up in just hours after listing it with her. We accepted an offer just 2 days after it being listed. Her presence on social media is great to get your house noticed! Her communication through this process of selling has been top notch! Although we didn’t need Lisa to help us find a house this time, we previously used her to help us find our first home. She was great then too!

Buying a home can be a very solid investment. Since the interest rates are so low, it actually can be cheaper to pay a mortgage right now than paying rent. One of the most important things to consider is the length you plan on staying in a home, if you were to purchase. If the answer is only a few years, it’s likely the better decision is to continue renting.
While buyers often wonder if a home inspection is truly necessary, most Realtors unequivocally say yes, yes, and yes. “A home inspector takes a weight off of your shoulders by looking into the condition of the roof, electricity, heating and air, plumbing," If some things are not up to par, you can negotiate with the seller to get those fixed before you sign the paperwork."
house may take anywhere between 30-45 days to sell depending on the market. If a market is hot enough, sellers could find their home off the market within a week. If the market is slow (or the house is overpriced,) the number could reach triple digits. Exposure, negotiations, and the condition of the home will also affect its ability to sell fast.
First thing to do is to de-personalize and de-clutter your home as much as possible, then assess what repairs need to be done, work out a budget for improvements and make sure that both the interior and exterior are in good shape.
Any licensed real estate agent can show any home listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). You can use the Realtor of your choosing, not the person who has the property listed.
