EB realty apparently thinks it is good business to evict a 67 year old woman with MS and cancer. A woman who is not late on rent and has broken no rules. EB realty also thinks it’s good business practice to tell the person they are evicting the reason behind it is per landlord request (EB Realty is the landlord) this woman is handicap and they are going to make her homeless. A home she has lived in for over 20 years.

As the Property Managers, we review length of employment, contact references, and run credit and criminal background checks through a third party software. All applications are reviewed with the landlords for final approval.
Bring valid photo identification with you. If you plan to bid on a property for sale by auction, you must have payment made out in the amount specified on the auction sale bill.
Listing agents represent sellers and include a fee in the listing agreement in the form of a percent of the sales prices for representing the seller and marketing the property. When the home is sold, the listing agent splits this fee with the buyer's agent.
