Matt has done 5 or 6 different pieces for me over the last two years. The one problem? Hes too good. Its the best place to go in the midwest, so he's too busy. If you dont mind being placed on a waiting list, this is the place to go.

Had my vintage receiver 8 weeks after I called and asked about it 2 days later they called and said it was done. Volume was still scratchy , phono Input still not working. Charged me $60 for nothing

I don’t live in Cincinnati but I called to see if he could fix a very beastly Audio-Video Receiver. He was not able to but bent over backwards to help me find some other shops that might be able to, even he certainly had no obligation to do so. Given his courtesy for this phone call, I can imagine he’ll give the same exceedingly high level of service for full business too. Thank you so much for your advice and courtesy!
